Join us for our monthly Pack Committee Meeting!

This is where the Pack 73 planning magic happens! We get together for a casual potluck dinner to plan upcoming events, check on the budget and coordinate activity logistics while the kids run around and entertain each other. All pack families looking to get involved behind the scenes are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Who Should Attend

All pack families are welcome — the more hands involved in planning, the better! Come ready to leave with a task or two to help support the pack in the coming month.

What to Bring

A dish to share for the potluck and pen and paper to take notes.

What We'll Cover

Topics vary month to month but typically include a treasurer's/budget update, advancement needs, a debrief of recent events, and planning for upcoming events, including assigning event chairs and dividing up supplies and tasks.

RSVP Required

Meetings are hosted at a different family's home each month, so please RSVP to the pack email to receive the address and let us know you're coming!
